Delete your AOVA account

In the AOVA app: open More, choose Delete account, type your account email and confirm.

In AOVA Studio (studio.aova.app): open Settings at the bottom of the left rail, then Delete account, type your account email and confirm.

Can't sign in? Email senlimitedie@gmail.com from the address your account uses and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by email and delete it the same way.

Your account is deleted 7 days after you confirm. Until then it keeps working, and you can change your mind: sign in and choose Keep my account. We email you when the deletion is scheduled and again when it is done. A paid plan does not renew during these 7 days and is cancelled on the day of deletion, without a refund for the unused period.

Your sign-in, profile and settings; your projects, assistants, knowledge bases and their files and recordings; channels (your Telegram, WhatsApp and website assistants stop answering); your clients and their conversations; usage statistics, credit history and remaining credits; connected Dropbox folders (we also revoke our access at Dropbox); your phones' notification registrations; and your team - people you invited lose access and get a short email. If you are a member of other people's accounts, you leave them; their accounts are not affected.

Invoices and payment records stay with our payment provider for 6 years after the end of the financial year, as Irish tax law requires. We keep a deletion record with a one-way code in place of your account and no other personal data, for 6 years, to show the deletion was done.

Copies in our backups are overwritten within 30 days. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Write to senlimitedie@gmail.com before you delete your account and we will send you a copy.
